During the past fifteen years, the firm has conducted significant appeals in the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. As a result of an appeal we brought in the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of a firm client, the basis for selecting juries significantly changed for aboriginal accused persons in Canada.
The firm is currently conducting appeals in a number of serious and high jeopardy cases. We are proud of our results in this area and invite potential clients to inquire about our record on appeals.
