Mr. Gustafson has had clients found not guilty on charges of Drug Trafficking, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Assault and First Degree Murder. His practice is focused on defending criminal cases involving Drug Trafficking, Violence and Sexual Offences. Over the past several years Mr.Gustafson has developed a province-wide criminal defence practice. A former bouncer, Mr. Gustafson understands the dynamics at play when confrontations become violent. He uses this insight to help present the best defence at trial.

Mr. Gustafson has been practicing at McCullough Blazina Dieno Gustafson & Watt since his admission to the bar, and became a partner in 2008. He is an important member of the criminal defence team.

When not pursuing his career goals, Mr. Gustafson is an avid skydiver and weightlifter, who enjoys other physically demanding sports as well.
