Mr. Gustafson has recently had clients found not guilty on charges of Drug Trafficking and Assault. His practice is focused on defending criminal cases involving Drug Trafficking and Violence. A former bouncer, Mr. Gustafson understands the dynamics at play when confrontations become violent. He uses this insight to help present the best defence at trial.

Mr. Gustafson has been practicing at McCullough Parsons Blazina since his admission to the bar. In a three-month period in early 2004 Mr. Gustafson conducted jury trials in Victoria, Nanaimo, and Powell River in which NONE of his clients were convicted. He has quickly become an important member of the criminal defence team.

When not pursuing his career goals, Mr. Gustafson is an avid skydiver and weightlifter, who enjoys other physically demanding sports as well.
