Mr. Cushner's practice is focused on family law, and he regularly conducts cases involving issues of child apprehension, divorce, custody and access, property division and maintenance.
Mr. Cushner can advise when to settle, mediate or argue your case at trial based on your individual circumstances. He believes that each case requires careful decision making to get optimal results. He brings a calm, cool, reasoned, yet compassionate approach to each and every one of his files. This is often of great assistance to his clients in the emotionally charged family law field.
